Natural wood flooring specialists unveil new showroom

Ecora, specialists in top quality natural and sustainable wood flooring, have announced they will open a second London showroom in May. The new store will be located at 327 Upper Richmond Road West, London SW14, providing an accessible location for customers based in the south and west of the city, and will open its doors on Tuesday 3rd May.

Ecora showroom in Belsize Park first opened for business in 2008, with the aim of providing ecologically friendly and sustainable flooring materials to customers in the London area. Since its launch business has swiftly become one of the UK's leading providers of ethical flooring solutions. Ecora's founder and Managing Director Daniel Bloom is thrilled to be expanding the business. "We are delighted to be opening a second store within just 3 years of starting the Ecora brand. The South West London showroom will showcase Ecora's finest new and reclaimed wood and parquetry floors. Ecora's reclaimed wood comes from such varied sources as French châteaus, Italian villas, British country houses, old hospitals and disused factories. Ecora provides flooring solutions for both contemporary and traditional styles, and can also provide tailor-made solutions for unique homes or businesses. Wherever possible, Ecora's timber is independently certified by organisations such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).

Also on show will be the range of Natural Stone Tiles, designed to compliment the hardwood flooring range, and the Zero VOC environmental paints and floor finish oils. These eco-products not only ensure a healthy living environment for the family, but also offer great style and a range of over 600 colours. Visitors to the new showroom can expect exceptional service from helpful staff. Customers can browse the collections without pressure, with expert advice and recommendations on hand when needed. Staff can calculate quantities from plans, and offer a free onsite survey facility.
