People looking for a brand new home in Cadishead can now ‘see’ inside two show homes 24/7 thanks to an innovative online television channel.

Redrow TV is designed to keep homebuyers up to date with all things Redrow including news bulletins, development films and product information.

Among the latest videos to be uploaded onto the site are films of the show homes at Hayes Green in Cadishead.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), commented: “Research with consumer focus groups tells us that show homes are an essential part of the home buying process, but increasingly purchasers research the local housing market online before viewing a property. With that in mind our online television channel Redrow.TV enables customers to experience all that a Redrow home has to offer with show home videos and development films of the surrounding area.

“It means that potential purchasers can ‘see’ inside the show homes at Hayes Green any time of day or night from the comfort of their home, office or wherever they access the internet.”

By logging onto Redrow.TV and watching the video footage, house hunters can see what Redrow’s New Heritage Collection has to offer – and hopefully be inspired to visit Hayes Green and experience the homes fully.

Homes currently available at the development include three and four-bedroom designs, with prices from £173,995.

Reminiscent of the character properties of the ’Arts and Crafts’ era externally, the homes boast an interior specification unseen in most new build properties and certainly one that is unlikely to be found in a second-hand property without it undergoing extensive renovation.

“Customers have been impressed by what we include as standard, as our specification is unrivalled among most of our housebuilder peers and is generally streets ahead of what’s available on the second hand market. Outside lights to the front of the property and under lighting to kitchen units are included as standard. Kitchens benefit from the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances, plus soft closing tall units and extra wide drawers; while bathrooms and en-suites are sleek, modern and pleasing to the eye, with a tile range exclusive to Redrow,” Elaine explained.

“Well insulated, with central heating and double glazing included as standard, our new homes are more energy efficient than properties built just 10 years ago. It means they’re not only kinder to the environment but householders should save money on their fuel bills.”

Located in Hayes Road with a choice of primary and secondary schools nearby, Hayes Green is the ideal place to put down roots and raise a family. Good road and rail links to Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool mean it’s also well suited as a base for commuters.

The show homes at Hayes Green are open for viewing daily, from 10am to 5.30pm.

Video footage of the development, along with buying guides and films of customers taking about their homes, is available at: redrow.tv
