Strawberry's new innovation uses a unique fuel source that is both organic and eco-friendly. This fuel source is untreated straw, a by-product of the agricultural industry. The straw is shaped into the form of a circular 'grill ring' for lighting and within 30 minutes the grill ring is at the correct temperature for cooking. There follows a solid 60 minutes of perfect barbequing conditions.

The BBQ is made from Steel, Stainless Steel and Enamel.
The enamel cooking grill prevents fat and oil from dripping onto the fuel below. This means that meat, fish and vegetables retain their natural juices and develop a crispy coating. The beautiful aromas are locked in, whilst food is left delicate in the middle.
