Half price mortgage offer from Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks are launching a mortgage deal which is guaranteed to put a spring in the step of homeowners.

The Banks are halving arrangement fees for anyone taking a new mortgage or switching to Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks before July 2nd, 2011.

This half price arrangement offer applies to a range of fixed rate products as well as the Banks' two year discounted Standard Variable Rate (SVR) offset mortgages.
