A trio of instant sales is proof that house hunters have given their seal of approval to the latest new homes venture in Rubery.

Some 150 people visited Redrow’s Great Park development during its opening week and three eager customers are already looking forward to the joy of owning a brand new home.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “We’re proud to be building quality homes and delivering high standards of customer service so that clients can enjoy their new homes to the full. It’s testament to the top notch service we offer in everything we do that three customers have already reserved a new home at Great Park. We are also working with a number of potential purchasers who have existing properties to sell and may be able to take advantage of part-exchange.”

Behind the traditional exteriors of the homes at Great Park hide modern interiors styled for 21st century living. And to help visitors picture themselves living here, Redrow has opened the doors to two professionally styled four-bedroom show homes.

“Echoing comments made in customer focus groups across the country, visitors to Great Park say they love the design of our New Heritage Collection homes. The open plan layouts create a sense of flow and people say they can really imagine themselves living here,” Pauline explained.

“The ‘Oxford’ show home is particularly popular and two of the three reservations we have taken so far are for this style of property; while those looking for a larger home have been impressed by the ‘Salisbury’, which enjoys the luxury of not one, but two en-suites plus a whole host of other family friendly features.”

Great Park features a choice of four, five and six-bedroom properties, priced from £219,995. Easy to manage and efficient to run, they’re ideal for those who are ready to move up the property ladder and, with part-exchange available, customers may be able to use their old home as part-payment.

“Trading up to a bigger, better, brand new home is easy with part-exchange. We buy your old home so that you can buy one of ours,” Pauline said. “There’s no need to worry about getting caught in a complicated chain and there are no estate agent’s fees to pay.”

Redrow has produced an easy to follow video guide to part-exchange, which can be viewed online at: redrow.tv

Close to the Great Park leisure and retail facilities, there’s plenty to keep residents of the new Redrow homes at Great Park occupied. And with easy access to the M5, the development’s well placed for commuting.

To see the beautiful show homes, visit Great Park, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
