You will learn to cook traditional recipes such as Amarillo, a rich molé sauce in Do?a Marina’s rural kitchen in her family home, experience pre-Hispanic stone soup as well as learning Oaxacan techniques in the kitchens of top restaurants with famous chefs Pillar Cabrera and the contemporary cuisine king, José Luiz Díaz.
