With a separate deal, on a limited number of plots the housebuilder will pay a 5% deposit on behalf of the buyer – opening them up to better mortgage rates and lower monthly repayment costs.
For those looking to kit of their new home, selected properties also come with some exciting upgrades, such as Zanussi integrated appliances, an intruder alarm, flooring throughout and fitted wardrobes to bedroom one.
The Easystart shared equity schemes means you own 100% of your new home for just 85% of the price - only a 5% deposit is required.
