Free ‘Next’ gift card for visitors to Leighton Buzzard development
It’s not often you get something for nothing but Persimmon Homes Midlands is offering a special gift to anyone visiting its Persimmon Court development in Leighton Buzzard this Bank Holiday weekend (terms and conditions apply, full details available on request).
On Saturday 28th May, all visitors to the marketing suite will receive a £15 Gift Card from high street store ‘Next’.
“And that’s not the only treat in store,” comments Claire Lambert, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Midlands. “Due to the success of Persimmon Court, we’ve just launched the next phase of the development with more quality homes available.”
This phase includes four Juniper house-styles, priced at £249,950. The four bedroom end or mid terrace properties each come with a single garage. There is also a great one bedroom starter home on offer for those looking to get their foot on the property ladder. The Nene is an end terrace property with a single garage and is priced at £134,950.
Plus, any reservations made before the showhome launch will receive carpets and £1,000 towards legal fees.
While the first phase of the development is coming to an end, there are still some Viscount Specials available. These large three storey four bedroom mid terrace homes offer flexibility of space to suit each buyers’ needs; on the ground floor is a dining / family area leading to the kitchen. There is also a cloakroom and bedroom four which makes a perfect home office.
