Tailor-made properties in Stratford-Upon-Avon

Homebuyers Trevor Smith and Sue Phipps ensured their new home was completed to their personal specifications, thanks to the interior Options available at Taylor Wimpey’s The Hathaways development of property for sale in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The first couple to get the keys for their brand new home at Taylor Wimpey’s The Hathaways development of houses for sale in Stratford-upon-Avon think their new place is the stuff that dreams are made of!
That’s because Trevor Smith and Sue Phipps decided to fit out their new four-bedroom ‘Surrey’ property in Stratford-upon-Avon with a wealth of Taylor Wimpey Options – so when they moved in they found it exactly as they had wished.
With an upgraded kitchen and integrated appliances, carpets and Amtico flooring throughout, beautiful curtains and blinds, plus an extended patio and turfed back garden, the couple have turned their new Stratford property into a home without having to lift a finger – in fact the only job they have had to do is put up their pictures!
Sue (58) says: “We’re really thrilled with the house. It’s really lovely. I love the fact it’s brand new and it’s perfect just as it is. We chose loads of Options and when we moved in it was all done for us – it was absolutely fantastic. Everything is just as we wanted.”
The couple, who met through a dating agency a couple of years ago, are delighted with the location of their new home at The Hathaways development of houses to buy in Stratford-upon-Avon because they were looking for a place midway between their former homes in Solihull and Evesham.
The couple have four children and three young grandchildren between them, and they wanted a big enough home to be able to host their families, but without the hassle of maintaining an older property.
Trevor (61) a retired gas engineer, previously lived in a Georgian farmhouse while Sue owned a 1930s semi, and they were keen to downsize to a home which they could look after with the minimum of effort.
The brand new maintenance-free ‘Surrey’ at The Hathaways was the perfect solution – with four bedrooms giving them plenty of space to have their families to stay. Sue’s also enjoying the luxury of having an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom.
Indeed, the couple have nothing but praise for their new home, the development and the whole moving process with Taylor Wimpey.
Sue added: “Everything has been great. The sales staff were so helpful and they kept us informed of everything. And the house is everything we hoped for – in fact I can’t really believe it’s ours!”
The ‘Surrey’ is just one of a wide selection of homes available to purchase now at The Hathaways and is available from only £319,995. Other properties currently available at the development include delightful three-bedroom houses from £289,995, and a new selection of homes is due to be released soon.
