Parents and teachers at Creech St Michael Church of England Primary School were treated to the perfect venue for their latest PTA meeting – a brand new showhome at Hollinsworth Park.

The David Wilson Homes development is keen to build strong links within the local community and loaning one of the site’s beautifully-designed new homes was a perfect chance to get to know the neighbours.

“We have an excellent relationship with staff and parents at Creech St Michael Primary School and many of its pupils live here at Hollinsworth Park,” said David Wilson Homes sales director, Russell Glimstead. “In fact, many buyers here are attracted to the development because of its close proximity to this wonderful school.

“Providing a meeting place for the most recent PTA meeting gave us a superb opportunity to make a contribution and cement our position as an important member of this new thriving new community.”

Offering a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes, Hollinsworth Park is surrounded by magnificent countryside. The development is close to all other local amenities and is ideally placed for commuters. Junction 25 of the M5 is just two miles away and the county town of Taunton is within easy reach.

Hollinsworth Park offers a range of large three, four and five bedroom houses that are perfect for families to grow into. Current availability includes the three bedroom Deane house, from £219,950; the four bedroom Drummond and Cornell designs, from £299,950; and the spacious five bedroom, Moorecroft family home, from £429,950.

“Finding the best possible education for their off-spring is almost always top of the list for parents seeking a new home,” said Russell. “We understand just how important it is to be within touching distance of a popular school – and we are delighted to be able to offer this at Hollinsworth Park.”
