Leeds launches fees assisted 2 Year Discount Mortgage

Leeds Building Society has added new versions to its fees assisted 2 year discount product range for those with smaller deposits.

This includes a deal available for those with only a 15% deposit at a great rate of 3.90%. The Society is also offering a free valuation up to £335 and free in house legal services for remortgages.

Leeds Building Society's fees assisted 2-year discount mortgage is available at the existing rate of 2.80% up to 75% LTV, and at new rates of 3.40% up to 80% LTV and 3.90% up to 85% LTV.

Kim Rebecchi, Leeds Building Society's Sales and Marketing Director said, "Our 2 year discount mortgage range from only 2.80% offers superb value, particularly when combined a free valuation up to £335 and free in house legal services for remortgages.

"We are also pleased to have added new versions at 3.40% and 3.90% up to 80% and 85% LTV respectively, thereby offering fantastic rates to those customers with a smaller deposit available.

"Furthermore, there is also the flexibility of 10% capital repayments each year and no higher lending charge."
