A recent survey has found that, despite statistics saying children who dine with the family are healthier and happier*, 36% of the country still eat meals in front of the television**.

As a result, Annington Homes is encouraging families to appreciate the importance of a family sitting around a table and eating together, as they consider the separate dining rooms on offer within the two and three bedroom properties at St Eval in Cornwall to be perfect for encouraging families to maintain traditional values like this one.

Angela Walsh, Head of Sales and Marketing at Annington Homes, commented: “With the quest for open-plan living having led to the combination of many dining and living rooms across the country, it seems that the traditional family meal is on a decline, with families lining up to eat in front of the television instead. Properties at the St Eval development however, boast spacious separate dining rooms, offering a fantastic amount of space so that families can resurrect quality time to sit down together over dinner.”

The homes at St Eval have been freshly redecorated and boast spacious kitchens and dining areas, large bedrooms and a main bathroom, as well as some offering separate play room / study areas.

Prices start at £129,950 for a three bedroom semi-detached house, £210,000 for a two bedroom detached bungalow and £235,000 for a three bedroom detached house. For further information, visit: annington.co.uk
