Promise of new homes 'joy' in Worcester

Those keen to experience the joy of owning a high quality, brand new home at an historic site in Worcester should circle July 9 in their diary.
That’s when award winning developer Redrow is launching its latest venture featuring homes from the critically acclaimed New Heritage Collection.
Traditionally styled and built with pride, the homes at Earl’s Park in Worcester will combine the best of and new.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explained: “The New Heritage Collection marks a return to Redrow’s roots of building quality homes that people really want to live in. Our company mantra is ‘Our Pride ~ Your Joy’, with our staff, suppliers and sub-contractors all committed to building quality homes and delivering high standards of customer service, so that clients can enjoy their new homes to the full.”
Although the Earl’s Court Farm site was most recently used as arable land, a medieval hamlet was discovered by archaeologists in 2006. More recently excavations commissioned by Redrow Homes revealed two small medieval buildings, thought to be the homes of 12th century agricultural workers.
Fast forward nine centuries and the new homes being built by Redrow are inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, but with modern interiors designed to meet the demands of 21st century family living.
Worcester homebuyers will be able to experience all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer from July 9 when the doors to two professionally styled show homes will be opened.
“Earl’s Park will be a welcome boost to the local housing market, offering a choice of homes with three to six bedrooms. A visit to the four-bedroom ‘Oxford’ and ‘Cambridge’ show homes will enable potential purchasers to appreciate the layout and the quality finish of the designs,” Pauline commented.
“The kitchen is at the heart of all our homes and the ‘Cambridge’ is a fantastic example of this with its combined kitchen, dining area and family area. It’s much more than somewhere to cook and eat but an inviting space for friends and family to gather and is perfect for those who love to entertain.”
Kitchens in new Redrow homes are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, plus tall units and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage space; while bathrooms and en-suites boast quality fixtures and fittings.
“Anyone who’s serious about moving home in Worcester should head along to Earl’s Park as they’re sure to be impressed by what we have to offer. Our standard specification is unrivalled among most of our house building peers and is generally streets ahead of what’s available on the second hand market,” Pauline added.
Earl’s Park boasts strong transport links and easy access to the M5 and M42 motorways. And with Dines Green School nearby it’s the ideal place to put down roots and raise a family.
To be among the first to see inside the show home, visit Earl’s Park from July 9.
