Harry Potter magic at Balmoral Gardens

Any home buying ‘muggles’ excitedly awaiting the release of the final Harry Potter film on July 15, can let Redrow bring some more magic into their life by visiting the themed show home in Bracknell.
The award-winning housebuilder has created a wonderfully wizardy bedroom in the Richmond show home at Balmoral Gardens.
Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Harry Potter fans young and old will love our themed bedroom. While there is a real buzz of excitement ahead of the release of the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, we’d invite parents and children to come and see our magical show home.
“The child’s bedroom has a fabulous Hogwarts mural on one wall and there are lots of other spellbinding surprises to discover in the room. It’s really to inspire parents and children as to how they can put their own unique stamp on the homes. With the clean, blank canvas of a brand new property you really have the chance to use your imagination and with little touches you can transform it into a dream home.”
Balmoral Gardens is the latest phase of homes from Redrow at the Jennett’s Park venture, in Bracknell.
The new two, three and four-bedroom designs have been chosen from Redrow’s highly regarded New Heritage Collection and follow on from the neighbouring Windsor Park development, which is nearing competition with just three homes left to sell. The homes on both developments have all the exterior character and period-style features of older homes, but wins hands down when it comes to bright modern interiors.
In all Redrow homes kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, plus under unit lighting; while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The standard specification at Balmoral Gardens also includes fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves and outside lights. And in the bathrooms you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.
Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres, primary school due to open in September and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.
Prices for the new homes at Balmoral Gardens start from £219,950 for a two-bedroom detached house.
There’s also a Hampstead view home to see and three professionally decorated and furnished show homes open at Windsor Park, so many of the New Heritage Collection house types are open to view.
The marketing suite and show home is open from 10am to 5.30pm.
