Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) invites loyal guests to feel Special, Loved and Honoured with The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, its newly enhanced customer recognition programme.
As arbiters of luxury travel for 20 years, SLH understands how much guests treasure the boutique, intimate nature of the hotels in its portfolio, and their carefully personalised approach to every stay. Membership of The Club of SLH is offered on a complimentary basis and benefits start from the very first stay. Perks include complimentary room nights, upgrades and access to exclusive offers.
The more a Club member stays at SLH properties, the more the love grows and the benefits they will receive increase. After just one stay at an SLH property, Club members are upgraded from “Special” to “Loved”, and after five further stays they will become “Honoured” members, enjoying the top level of benefits.
The Club of SLH offers incomparable customer service through a dedicated Club Manager and Club Reservations Consultants, ensuring guests experience the very best personal service and advice and recommendations tailored to their needs.

SLH presents a brand new tier system to The Club, enabling SLH to build on its special relationship with each guest, to get to know their personal requirements and preferences, and most importantly to show them just how cherished they are!
As soon as they join The Club of SLH, guests become a Special member and to acknowledge the start of this new relationship will automatically receive:
- Complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability)
- Exclusive Club rates
- Access to a private reservations consultant and Club Concierge team
- The latest news and offers from all SLH hotels around the world
They get all this absolutely free just for joining The Club, then as they begin to discover new SLH hotels through The Club and the relationship grows, so do the exclusive benefits.
After just one stay, The Club of SLH will automatically upgrade members to a Loved status. Loved members receive all the benefits from the first tier of The Club, plus:
- Daily complimentary continental breakfast for two for each stay
- The luxury of having a late-check out
This Loved membership status lasts for 12 months and is extended for another year if guests make an additional stay at another SLH property. However to benefit even more from The Club of SLH, guests booking five stays will be upgraded to the highest tier, Honoured.
Honoured members of The Club have an established and loyal relationship with SLH which is rewarded by a treasure-trove of additional benefits designed to ensure that their stay is as luxurious and memorable as possible. Honoured members receive all previous benefits plus:
