People looking for a new home near Malton are invited to join Redrow at a special event.

This weekend (July 30/31) the doors are being thrown open to two properties at Priorpot Mews in Norton to showcase all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), explained: “Being able to view a property is an important part of the home buying process. People want to look around to appreciate the layout and quality finish of the designs and, with that in mind, we’re opening the doors to examples of the three-bedroom ‘Dalton’ and four-bedroom ‘Neale’ house types at Priorpot Mews.

“Complete with carpets, curtains and light fittings these two properties will give potential purchasers a real insight into what life could be like in a brand new Redrow home.”

Boasting a high specification as standard, the homes at Priorpot Mews feature well equipped kitchens with integrated top brand appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge freezers. Floor to ceiling units and extra wide drawers mean there’s plenty of storage space.

Fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves, outside lights and under lighting to kitchen units are included in the standard specification; while bathrooms and en-suites boast quality fixtures and fittings, with a tile range that is unique to Redrow.

Three and four-bedroom homes are available from £153,999 with a range of incentives on offer to help get buyers moving.

“People may think they’ve left it too late to take advantage of the Government backed HomeBuy Direct, but the valuable help is still available at Priorpot Mews. Open to first time buyers and potentially families in need of extra space, the offer of an equity loan could shave tens of thousands off the initial price of a brand new home,” Patsy commented.

“Or those with a home of their own to sell could find they are able to use it to part-fund a move up the property ladder to a bigger, better, brand new home. With part-exchange there’s no need to worry about getting caught up in a complicated chain and we’ll even pay your estate agent’s fees at the end of the day.”

With HomeBuy Direct a three-bedroom home on the market at £153,999 could be snapped up for an initial outlay of just £107,799. The remaining 30% is covered by an equity loan which is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the client has more funds available or when they come to resell.

The open house event takes place at Priorpot Mews, Scarborough Road, in Norton, this weekend (July 30/31).
