Calling all St Austell residents! Taylor Wimpey Exeter needs your help in naming a new residential development and is offering a fantastic prize of £100 to the lucky winner!

The leading house builder is due to launch the new development in November, which is being built on the site of the old Cornwall College, opposite the Cornish Brewery, and will feature a stylish collection of two, three and four bedroom homes. All Taylor Wimpey needs now is a name, and is turning to you for some inspiration. As an added bonus, the lucky winner will not only get to name the new development but they will also win £100 and an exclusive invitation to officially open the development!

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “Taylor Wimpey is very excited to be expanding its new home portfolio in St Austell and this competition is a great opportunity for the local community to have an input into this latest development. The prize of £100 is fantastic and will surely get the creative ideas flowing. It could be a name relating to the old brewery or even a famous landmark in Cornwall itself – we just need the name to reflect the local surroundings and have a connection to the area.”

If you think you have the perfect name for the development on Trevarthian road, simply email your suggestions* to TWnamingcomp@htpr.com by 31st of August to be in with the chance of winning £100. Alternatively call 0845 270 0602 and leave your suggestion and contact details.

Taylor Wimpey is currently building a collection of new homes at its developments in Cornwall ranging from two bedroom to four bedroom homes, priced from £134,995.
