Lovell prepares for lift off in Miles Platting
Excitement is building as Lovell prepares to launch a brand new development of over 1,000 new homes in east Manchester.
Building on a solid reputation in the area, affordable homes specialists Lovell will soon be opening a new sales office at Gener8, in Miles Platting, from where it will sell a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The launch of Gener8, off Sandal Street, in conjunction with Manchester City Council, will mark a major step forward for the regeneration of east Manchester. It will bring high quality yet affordable new homes to local people.
The 22-hectare development will also include a number of new and refurbished green open spaces, including a new park to run alongside the Rochdale Canal.

The first phase of 53 homes is due to go on sale at the end of the month, with prices to be released at the launch event.
