“Otherwise, we’d have had to move into rented accommodation, put our furniture into storage perhaps and go through the hassle of moving twice, which isn’t ideal when you’ve got a young child to think about. Instead we can relax knowing everything will be done in just one day.”
The family aren’t moving very far, as they already live in a three-bedroom property just round the corner, but they decided they needed a bigger home, especially a playroom, with the arrival of Faith and all the paraphernalia that has come with her!

“We just needed a bigger house. I can’t believe how much stuff my 16-month-old comes with! We chose the ‘Marsworth’ because it has a playroom and at the moment I don’t have a lounge because it’s full of all Faith’s toys. It will be great to get them out and into the playroom.
“I’m also really looking forward to having a lovely posh kitchen. I’m just so excited about it all.”
The couple originally put their existing home on the market in January, but had to turn down offers because they couldn’t complete until September.
