Leeds 2-year discount mortgage at 2.45%

Leeds Building Society has launched a market leading 2-year discount mortgage at only 2.45% available up to 75% LTV.

The Society has also reduced the rate available up to 80% LTV from 2.95% to 2.75%. Furthermore, there is also the flexibility of 10% capital repayments each year and no higher lending charge.

The Society has reduced rates on the fees assisted versions of these products, and now has market leading products for those who require help with up front costs. The fees assisted 2 year discount mortgage, available up to 80% LTV, has been reduced from 3.40% to 3.20% and is now market leading. In addition, the version available up to 85% LTV has also been reduced by 0.20% to a best buy rate of 3.70%. These offers also contain a free valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for remortgages.
