Richard and Gill Baines have bought a new 4 bedroom detached property and were welcomed with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne in recognition of becoming the first homeowners to move in.

When we first saw it complete we were surprised by the size – it surpassed our expectations.”

“Also, the surrounding area is great. Our back garden is south facing and looks out onto a conservation area. There are cycle paths nearby, which means we can make the most of the outdoors and Etwall itself has a lovely village vibe. The commuter links are convenient, too. We have easy access into Derby city centre and the A38 and A50 are just a few minutes away, so we can get anywhere.”
