Vegetarian Festival at Malaysian restaurant Awana

Fine-dining Malaysian restaurant Awana is launching a unique Vegetarian Festival running from 3rd October to 16th October. The restaurant has used only the freshest ingredients to create a mouth-watering menu – which will appeal to vegetarians and meat eaters alike due to the wide variety of dishes.

The Vegetarian Festival will offer diners tempting starters such as Popiah Tohu dan Cendawan, Tofu, enoki mushroom, bean sprout and sugar snap spring rolls, served with vinaigrette sauce, Tohu Baker, Grilled tofu with minced tomato, shitake and button mushrooms, wrapped in banana leaf and Tempura Sayuran, Vegetable tempura served with spicy tomato sauce.

Guests can choose from delicious mains with Cendawan Goreng, Button, shitake and oyster mushroom stir fry with kung po sauce, Sup Sayuran, Glass noodles, pakchoy, tofu, spring onions, tomato and enoki mushrooms in clear soup and Kari Terong, Pumpkin, chickpeas and aubergine yellow curry.

Famously known as London’s only fine-dining Malaysian restaurant, Awana is renowned for combining traditional Malaysian cooking techniques with a contemporary flair and they are set to demonstrate this wholly during the Vegetarian Festival.
