'Infusion' development in Moss Side chosen for celebrity photoshoot

'Infusion' the Moss Side, development being marketed by Miller Homes was chosen as the location for a glamorous photoshoot for ’Scruffs’ work wear, featuring models and celebrities.
The Scruffs ad campaign will run on billboards nationwide with the Bowes Street development acting as a building site backdrop. Reality TV personality Matt Peacock is the star of the campaign, which also features Miss Great Britain 2010 Amy Carrier.
The ad features Matt and Amy at the Infusion development together with fashion models from Boss model agency. The ad’s storyline featured Amy in a glamorous outfit dropping Matt off at work in her Ferrari the morning after – dumping him on site in a wheelbarrow in front of his boss!
The super slick Ferrari Spider that also features in the ad campaign was the centre of attention for passers-by, Infusion staff and contractors working on the site.
Scruffs has more than 2,000 dealers in the UK and specialises in innovative safety footwear for tradesmen, work wear such as trade trousers, jackets and shorts, as well as accessories like knee pads and belts. The company’s line combines style with hardwearing materials for those not afraid to tackle the rigours of tough work.
Infusion has really created a buzz with the renovation and conversion of 64 Victorian homes as part of the £17m regeneration of the area. The development is by Manchester City Council in association with Miller Homes and GB Building Solutions. All the homes boast a stylish SieMatic kitchen, Italian tiling in the bathrooms, solid oak internal doors and energy-efficient eco features. The development was opened by Coronation Street star Katherine Kelly, who plays Becky McDonald in the soap.
