Be inspired in Bracknell by new show homes

23rd November 2011 Print

Three carefully crafted show homes are now open in Bracknell to inspire homebuyers.

Visitors to Balmoral Gardens have been impressed by the trio of homes, which show case the latest phase of homes from Redrow at the Jennett’s Park development.

Professionally designed and fully furnished, each property displays the kind of features that real homeowners desire in their homes, giving potential purchasers the opportunity to imagine living there.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Visitors to the launch commented on the high level of style and specification inside the homes, and loved that fact that the design schemes reflected real life. Many said they could easily imagine themselves living here and wanted to know where some of the furniture and decor came from. We have had a good level of interest from potential purchasers since.”

Designed to suit a single person or a young couple, the interior of the two-bedroom ‘Evesham’ combines Italian-influenced furniture with clean contemporary lines and warm wood finishes, alongside woven wool fabrics.

Young families’ needs are catered for in the three-bedroom ‘Broadway’, which is all about bright and inviting fresh colours and crisp white linens.

Similarly, in the three-bedroom, three storey Kenilworth, a family could easily make themselves at home straight away. A colour scheme of soft greens, taupes and marls creates a warm and inviting interior and complements the oak furniture. The master bedroom has a strong floral scheme with statement wallpaper and headboard, while the third bedroom has a cute polka dot scheme with an elegant white bed and furniture, designed for a little girl.

The show homes are all from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection, which has all the exterior character and period-style features of older traditional homes, but wins hands down when it comes to bright modern interiors.

All Redrow kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The standard specification also includes fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom and in the bathrooms you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.

Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas. A primary school is already open on site.

Two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are available at Balmoral Gardens from £220,950 to £474,950.
