A recent surge of sales and visitors to Redrow’s Bracknell development has led to a new recruit being drafted in to meet the demand.

Three full time sales consultants will now be responsible for looking after sales at Balmoral Gardens, part of the wider Jennett’s Park venture, where rising visitor numbers and sales are bucking the trend.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), puts the success down to a combination of a great location and the quality of the homes. She said: “We are offering homebuyers a fantastic new lifestyle at Balmoral Gardens. Not only will they be part of a blossoming new community here at Jennett’s Park but they have a wide selection of house deigns to choose from, each with traditional exteriors boasting period style features, and high specification contemporary interiors.

“We’ve very proud of the homes we are selling here and, to ensure our customer service never wavers from the highest standards, we have been quick to recruit a new sales consultant to meet increasing demand.”

In the last four weeks alone, Redrow has sold nine homes at Balmoral Gardens and is anticipating even stronger demand in the New Year, which is traditionally a busier time in the housing market.

Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas. A primary school is already open on site.

Two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are available at Balmoral Gardens from £220,950 to £474,950.

All Redrow kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The standard specification also includes fitted wardrobes to the master bedroom and in the bathrooms you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings.

The housebuilder has also enjoyed success on previous phases at Jennett’s Park, including at Windsor Park, where all bar one of the homes has now sold. The final home at Windsor Park represents excellent value in a prime position. The four-bedroom detached Ruthin house type is priced at £349,950 and will be ready to occupy in spring 2012.
