The final property at Coopers Place paves way for new phase

Discerning purchasers have been so impressed with Millgate’s exceptional new homes in Burghfield Common, only one four-bedroom property remains. However, house-hunters should not despair, as work has already started on the second phase of homes at Coopers Place, due to launch next year.

In addition to the nine houses at the development, a further four properties, including two four-bedroom detached homes, similar to those already here, and two three-bedroom semi-detached house types, will complete Coopers Place.

The three-bedroom properties are completely new to the development, the style and specification of which purchasers won’t find anywhere else. Ground-floor accommodation has been designed with busy family life in mind, with a living room, cloakroom and what will be, for many, the pièce de résistance of the home – the open-plan kitchen, featuring a dining area and an adjoining conservatory. This additional flexible space could be used as a family area, in which to lounge and play. Upstairs, all three bedrooms are of a good size, with the master enjoying en suite facilities, while the second and third bedrooms share the elegant family bathroom.

Stacey Mitchell, sales manager at Millgate Homes, comments: “Our new homes in Burghfield Common have had a great reception from house-hunters, so we’re positive that our additional properties here will be most welcome, particularly the three-bedroom semi-detached homes, which also enjoy a separate garage – uncommon for this type of property in the area.

“This new phase will be launching at the end of spring 2012, so I’d advise those interested in the new homes to register with us. However, for anyone looking to move sooner, we still have one four-bedroom property remaining, so pay our show home a visit.”

In terms of location, residents at Coopers Place are well served. Burghfield Common village itself provides hosts of local shops and welcoming country pubs, while nearby Reading, with its famed Oracle shopping centre, thriving nightlife and cosmopolitan bars and eateries, is on hand for shopping excursions and evenings on the town.

Unfortunately, life’s not all about play; however, thanks to its handy location, a home here could help to make the journey to work that little easier. Commuters will benefit from the proximity to the M4, while Reading station, 6.7 miles* away, offers regular services to London Paddington in around 30 minutes**. The area also boasts some excellent schools, both state and independent, including the Garland Junior School and Burghfield St Mary’s C of E Primary School.
