Eibach, the respected suspension manufacturer, has revealed its latest range of competition and racing springs in its all-new 2012 catalogue. Having extensively added to the range, the 47-page catalogue now boasts arguably the most comprehensive range of motorsport engineering solutions available, as well as the most successful.

Eibach’s ERS range has taken teams in almost every genre of motorsport to championship or race victory over the last two decades. 2011 saw wins and podium finishes in all top level series including, BTCC, CTCC, WRC, Le Mans, F1, NASCAR, SCORE and DTM. Winning teams turn to Eibach for the firm’s exceptional attention to detail and strict quality control. Eibach’s production tolerances are the tightest in the industry.

The new 2012 range sees many new fitments added, as well as the use of the finest grades of high-tensile steel to achieve class-leading block resistance and superior deflection. Barrel springs, dedicated off-road applications, plus a vast array of helpers and tenders are showcased, along with a simply stunning range of metric and imperial linear and non-linear winds in every popular diameter and length.

New accessories tailored for key markets have also been introduced for 2012. The coil sleeve eliminates frame drag when using softer spring rates and can withstand 2500LBS of load, allowing critical travel adjustability with rate change. The lightweight spring bags are aimed firmly at the off-road markets, preventing mud-packing within each coil, extending damper life and keeping adjusters clean and ready to use. A wide range of precision machined spring locators, coupling spacers, perch adapters and torsion release bearings allow chassis engineers to tailor their set-up precisely and get the very best performance on race day.

Two additional new products that have been developed are the extensively tested differential locker springs for engineers looking to tune traction characteristics and a wide range of micro-cellular polyurethane bumps stops to allow a degree of secondary spring tuning.

Commenting on the new 2012 range, Eibach UK general manager, Greg Kirby said, ‘We are very proud of our new product range for 2012. Motorsport is Eibach’s proving ground and many of the products in the new line-up are the direct result of our continual two-way dialogue with teams like Audi Sport, or the Honda BTCC Team. Whether you’re launching an assault on the Formula One Constructor’s Championship, or simply looking to make your mark at club level, we have something to help you achieve your goals.’
