Taylor Wimpey Midlands’ recent launch of its show home at Farriers Cross, in Henley In Arden, proved an over whelming success with two homes being sold on the day making a third of the properties now reserved on the development.

Visitors to the development were welcomed to the launch by the High and Low Bailiff, of the Henley In Arden Court Leet, and the Town Crier. The new show home was declared open by the Court Leet who also included Taylor Wimpey in their declaration of loyalty. House hunters were then treated to canapés and bubbly whilst having the chance to look around the fantastic four bedroom detached Malbury, which has been styled by professional interior designers and is designed to showcase the spacious, high quality homes on offer at the development.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “The launch of our new show home at Farriers Cross was a fantastic event with lots more people turning up than expected. The show home was very well received and it was wonderful to have both the High and Low Bailiff turn up, and the Town Crier on hand to make the launch even more special. If you’re keen to buy a new home I recommend you do it sooner rather than later as I’m sure after the success of this event, and with a third of the properties already reserved, homes at Farriers Cross won’t be around for long!”

The spectacular four bedroom Malbury, priced from £349,995, features a generous living room, kitchen, dining room, study, utility and cloakroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom, with ensuite, three further bedrooms and a modern main bathroom occupy the first floor. This incredible home is completed by a private rear garden, single garage and allocated parking.

Farriers Cross is set in the heart of Henley In Arden, a charming village steeped in history and surrounded by stunning Warwickshire countryside. The High Street offers designer shops, refreshments and an array of gastro bars and coffee shops. Being a conservation area the town lists over 150 buildings as being of special architectural or historic interest. Close by is Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the delightful towns of Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.

Currently available at Farriers Cross is a range of two bedroom coach houses, priced from £174,995, and three, four and five bedroom homes, priced from £239,995. For more information, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
