Luxury meetings for less at Elite Hotels

From January to April 2012, Elite Hotels are offering event organisers a special offer so they can go the extra mile in making their event truly memorable.  With an extra £50 to spend per delegate, meetings and events can be transformed from good to great. 

The four properties are located in South East England: Luton Hoo Hotel in Bedfordshire, Ashdown Park Hotel in East Sussex, The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne and Tylney Hall in Hampshire.

There are a whole host of ways in which delegates can spend their £50 voucher.  Those keen on sport can try their hand at golf on the courses at Ashdown Park and Luton Hoo.  Other outdoor pursuits include clay pigeon shooting, archery and hot air ballooning in the extensive grounds of Tylney Hall and powerboat rides at The Grand.

Spa treatments at one of the four properties offer the chance to distress and unwind pre/post event and delegates can enjoy full use of the leisure facilities including the gym and swimming pool.

Food menus and wine lists can also be upgraded in Elite Hotels’ restaurants, while welcome receptions can become glamorous with champagne and canapés served instead of wine.

This offer is valid against a residential delegate rate for meetings and events confirmed by 29th February and taken before the end of April 2012.  Organisers are to quote MEET2012 when making an enquiry to qualify for an additional £50 per delegate or to download a voucher from the Elite website.  Minimum of 10 delegates, maximum subject to hotel capacity.

All the properties are under an hour and a half from London and delegates can enjoy full use of the leisure facilities including the gym, spa and swimming pool at each hotel. Staff are expertly trained to ensure meetings and events are a success, while meeting rooms are fully equipped with up to date technology for presentations and can be tailored to the individual event.
