Speciality Chocolates for all occasions
Chocolates, lovingly hand made. Her speciality confections are so divine that you wouldn't really want to share them, even with your best friend. But with so many gift occasions coming up - Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, in fact almost any occasion - there is no better reason to spoil your loved ones!
Diana's Chocolates range of speciality confections is purposely small, but truly creative and, needless to say, they taste as good as they look. Take for example Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Buttons, a tantalising combination of rich dark chocolate with a delicate salted crunchy caramel bite. Then there are Fresh Strawberry Bon Bouches, a sensational celebration of contrasts - fresh fruit, balsamic vinegar and black pepper.
Further temptations include Creamy Peanut Butter Cups and Fresh Raspberry Bursts, soft, tangy raspberries enrobed in rich dark chocolate while Enfants Terribles, children's lollipops (but just as popular with adults!) are made with sumptuous dried fruits and popcorn, dipped in rich dark chocolate.
Such has been the success of her initial collection which was launched in time for Christmas that Diana's Chocolates has introduced some more delicious combinations and variations. This time, she goes for wonderful slabs or chunks of chocolate - rich, dark and delicious. Choose from Cranberry & Orange made with dried cranberries and fresh orange zest, or Cranberry & Orange Crunchies with crushed roasted almonds and dried cranberries.
All Diana's Chocolates, hand made in Hornsey, are made with Parev chocolate. They are also dairy-free and gluten-free so they are suitable for either vegans, vegetarians and celiacs or those who are allergic to dairy products or cannot eat them for ethical reasons.
Diana's Chocolates all sell for £5 for 100g and are currently available from Budgens stores in Crouch End and The Hampstead Delicates and Providores.
Behind the scenes at Diana's Chocolates a spokesman said that greater distribution is sought and special orders for parties and other celebrations are accepted.
