Taylor Wimpey boasts a five star service

Taylor Wimpey, which is currently building new homes at its Quakers Walk development in Devizes, has been awarded the maximum five star rating for customer satisfaction in an independent survey by the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF).

The UK-wide survey from the HBF is sent to all new home purchasers eight weeks after their moving in date, and asks them to rate their house builder on the service they received and the quality of their new home. From this, each company is awarded a star rating from one to five.

Nine out of ten Taylor Wimpey customers said they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend. Both results officially rank Taylor Wimpey as a five star builder.
