Snow-where better to help Sport Relief

This year you can help raise money for Sport Relief and have fun in the snow! The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead is hosting a range of fun activities on behalf of Sports Relief to help people get active, raise cash and save lives.
If you’d like to get involved in fundraising just come along to The Snow Centre on 20th March where there are some fantastic activities available – all in aid of a good cause!
Enjoy a recreational session on the 160m main slope for just £10 with all proceeds being directly donated to Sport Relief! Or try sledging down the nursery slope for only £1 where you can slide in to snow men!
Snow Centre staff will be doing their bit for fundraising too, skiing and boarding the length of a marathon through the day. The impressive 26 mile target will take over 260 runs of the main slope!
Watford Football Club will also be joining in with the fundraising activities, with four first team players coming in to The Edge café on 22nd March from 4.00pm – 5.30pm. The Watford stars will be meeting fans, taking pictures and encouraging Sport Relief donations.
You can even win tickets to the Watford vs. Blackpool game in the Sport Relief Hamper! The Hamper contains a signed Watford shirt and goalie gloves, a voucher for a group lesson for two people with a meal in The Edge. There is even a bottle of bubbly to celebrate your success! Tickets for the raffle cost just £1 with all proceeds donated to Sport Relief.
Sport Relief is raising money to help people who live incredibly tough lives both here in the UK and across the world poorest countries. Funds raised will go towards a variety of good causes - transforming the lives of families living in UK’s most disadvantaged communities, benefitting people living with physical health problems or providing lifesaving health care abroad.
