Buckinghamshire property-seekers will soon be able to visit a pair of beautiful new showhomes at Mayberry Place, Berryfields, Taylor Wimpey’s new development of property for sale in Aylesbury.

Two stylish new showhomes will open this spring at Taylor Wimpey’s Mayberry Place, the latest phase of the popular Berryfields community of new homes for sale in Aylesbury.

The professionally-styled properties will be launched on 6th April at the Taylor Wimpey Aylesbury development to showcase the wonderful lifestyle opportunities in this attractive neighbourhood which, in time, will benefit from schools, community facilities, local amenities, parks and recreation areas.

With many of the fixtures, fittings and accessories taken from Taylor Wimpey’s impressive range of interior Options, these fabulous showhomes will give discerning house-hunters a glimpse at what can be achieved with a typical Aylesbury property at Mayberry Place.

Tony Woodman, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our expert interior designers are working hard to make sure these stunning Taylor Wimpey homes in Aylesbury are fabulously finished and equipped with a range of eye-catching extras ahead of their spring launch date.

“House-hunters in search of houses for sale in Aylesbury are urged to keep some space free in their diaries for the grand opening of our beautiful ‘Dunton’ and ‘Langdale’ showhomes – and discover the lifestyle they could be enjoying here at Mayberry Place.”

A superb selection of homes is on sale now at Mayberry Place, including two-bedroom terraced houses from as little £175,000, three-bedroom houses from just £269,950 and five-bedroom properties to buy in Aylesbury from only £280,000.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.

The FirstBuy scheme, for example, lets qualifying first-time buyers secure their dream home at Mayberry Place for just 80% of its full price, while Part Exchange sees Taylor Wimpey offer homeowners a guaranteed price for their existing property, based on the average of independent valuations.

Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual circumstances and are subject to availability, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Mayberry Place forms part of Aylesbury’s stunning new Berryfields community. Bordered by picturesque countryside, yet within easy reach of the town centre, it will comprise exceptional community facilities and employment opportunities alongside more than 3,000 homes.

There is also provision for two primary schools at Berryfields and the planned state-of-the-art Aylesbury Academy, which will specialise in science and technology.

A local centre will include a food store and ten other smaller shops, while acres of parks and green open spaces, including a riverside park area, will also feature 13 equipped play areas for families to enjoy. A community centre will provide a focal point for the residents of the new homes and a new health centre is also planned.

Berryfields will enjoy an integrated network of footpaths, cycleways and bridleways – for cyclists there will be 8km of cyclepaths within the estate which will link into the existing cycle route along the A41 into the town centre, while park-and-ride facilities from the station will be available, linking with the town’s new public transport hub.

The M40 is within 15 miles of Aylesbury, while the M25 is just over 21 miles away. Local bus routes provide connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports.

Aylesbury itself is a bustling town with a host of shopping and leisure opportunities including the Friars Square indoor shopping centre, while the town’s market still meets on the cobbles of the old Market Square.

The town also boasts a good choice of pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, while the new 1,200-seat Waterside Theatre was opened in 2010 as part of the ongoing Waterside project, which will create a new shopping centre including a Debenhams and a Waitrose.

The stunning new showhomes at Mayberry Place, located off Bicester Road will open at 10am on 6th April. In the meantime, property-seekers can find out more about the stylish homes on sale there by visiting the Sales Information Centre at Taylor Wimpey’s nearby New Berry Vale development, located off Aylesbury Vale Parkway, Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0PS, and open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Mondays from 10am to 2pm.
