Families can celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in style with Redrow Homes in St Neots and be in with a chance to win a brand new LCD TV.

The award-winning developer is hosting a Jubilee-inspired open weekend this Saturday and Sunday (June 2/3) at Priory Gardens to mark the official opening of its new show homes. To celebrate the occasion Redrow will be offering visitors the chance to win a 42” state of the art television in a free prize draw.

Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands) said: “We’re inviting homebuyers to join us for a double celebration in honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the opening of our new Cambridge and Hampstead show homes at Priory Gardens. We’ll be getting visitors in the mood to celebrate with patriotic decorations and traditional British sweets. One lucky person who enters our prize draw will have even more cause to be joyous as someone will win a brand new TV.”

In keeping with the regal theme, the four-bedroom Cambridge show home has been dressed in shades of royal blue. These can be seen in wallpaper in the open plan kitchen, dining area and family room; the soft furnishings in the separate lounge and in the bed linen and pillows in the master bedroom.

While the Cambridge is a traditional two-storey home, the five-bedroom Hampstead is set out over three floors giving an added dimension to the living accommodation.

The ground floor of the Hampstead consists of a fabulous open plan kitchen, breakfast and family room at the hub of the home. There’s also a separate lounge, cloakroom and a utility, offering a convenient space to keep the washer, dryer and boiler out of the kitchen, as well as providing additional cupboard space

On the first floor there are three bedrooms including master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room.

“The crowning glory of the Hampstead is the top floor with two bedrooms and a shared shower room,” Tonia added.

“Because it’s almost self-contained it’s ideal for grown-up children who are yet to fly the nest as they could use one room to sleep in and the other as a lounge, giving them a sense of privacy away from the rest of the family. It would also make a perfect guest suite.”

St Neots offers a wealth of local amenities with shops, weekly markets and schools all close at hand.

The town enjoys good road links to the A1, M1 and M11, with Bedford and Cambridge only about 25 minutes’ drive away. The nearby train station offers journey times to London King’s Cross in around 45 minutes.

The new show homes are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information, visit redrow.co.uk.
