The all-new Kia cee’d will be one of the Kia’s latest models available for visitors of the 2012 Motorexpo to test drive during the week-long event, that gets underway on 11 June.

The second generation cee’d, on sale in the UK from 1 June, has a stronger focus on design, ergonomics and fuel efficiency. The C-segment family hatchback offers a high level of specification whilst maintaining competitive pricing, with the entry model starting at £14,395 OTR.

At 97g/km, the 1.6-litre diesel is exempt from the congestion charge and Vehicle Excise Duty. The new cee’d is also the first Kia in the world to offer a dual-clutch automated manual transmission as well as state-of-the-art direct-injection petrol engine.

Show attendees will also have the opportunity to drive Kia’s crossover SUV - the Sportage. Recently topping the 2012 JD Power-What Car? Owner satisfaction survey it was the only car to be awarded a full five-star rating across all categories.

Sportage is available in two and four wheel drive versions and is available with two petrol and two diesel engines with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmissions. With three trim versions available Sportage is priced from £17,300 to £26,930 OTR.

Completing the line-up of cars available to test drive is the fourth generation Kia Rio.

This B-segment supermini is available with a choice of fourengines, including a 1.1-litre three-cylinder turbodiesel capable of extremely efficient figures of 88.3mpg on the official combined cycle and emissions of just 85g/km.

Motorexpo organisers expect around 425,000 visitors to attend this year’s show – now in its 17th year. More than 30 manufacturers will be present with over 250 vehicles for visitors to enjoy. Motorexpo is free to attend and runs from Monday 11th to Sunday 17th June.
