I'ts Hoopin' good fun

The latest fitness craze of hula hoopin’ has found its way to Haven holiday parks. ‘But it’s not just for kids... all the family are going hoopin’ mad says Haven. ‘We use weighted hoops and by the end of the session we have mum, dad and kids of all ages able to keep the hoop spinning.’

And if you get the bug on holiday there are loads of hula hoop classes popping up all over the country and Michelle Obama, Zooey Deschanel and Emma Stone are just some of the celebs that are using what used to be a traditional childhood toy into as a fun way to keep fit.

Hula hooping has been reported to lift your moods, develop core strength, it tones and if you do enough of it you will burn calories too!

In addition to hula hoops Haven are also offering Jump Rope sessions turning another traditional favourite into a popular fun activity.
