Barratt set to unveil new Hedge End development

Barratt is set to take the wraps off its newest Hampshire development this weekend (Sept 15) with the launch of Park View in Hedge End.

Champagne and canapés will be served from 11am on Saturday September 15 to mark the official launch of the new homes from the region’s leading housebuilder.

Among the first homes available will be two, three and four bedroom homes illustrating the wide variety of properties being built at Park View where prices will start at around £175,000.

“Park View is set to be a development of beautifully-designed, spacious, homes providing buyers in the region with a choice of homes,’’ said sales director Sarah Eales. “Interest has already been high ahead of the official launch and we now look forward to welcoming visitors to see our beautiful new showhomes.’’

Once complete the development will comprise 31 townhouses, several overlooking an urban park and a pond, and four two bedroom coach house with homes within easy reach of all local amenities, the M27 and rail network.
