Barratt set to unveil new Portsmouth development

26th September 2012 Print

Barratt is set to take the wraps off its newest Hampshire development this month with the launch of King Richard Place in Paulsgrove.

Drinks and nibbles will be served from 11am on Saturday September 29 to mark the official launch of the development of new homes from the region’s leading housebuilder.

King Richard Place is a contemporary development of two, three and four bedroom homes offering homehunters a wide range of homes from which to choose with anticipated prices at launch starting from around £140,000.

“Interest in these new homes has been tremendous,’’ said Barratt sales director Sarah Eales. “We know the location close to Portchester and the development’s easy access to the M27 have been particularly popular with potential buyers and we are expecting demand to be high.’’

At King Richard Place, Barratt will be creating a development of beautifully-designed, spacious, homes which all come with the housebuilder’s five year warranty and the NHBC 10 year guarantee.

Barratt will also be offering its popular schemes to help first time buyers onto the housing ladder and those looking to move to a larger home.

These schemes include NewBuy, the 95% mortgage backed by government, which is only available on new build homes. It means customers - both first time buyers and home movers - only need a 5% deposit.

Barratt will also be offering its part exchange scheme at King Richard Place. Part exchange removes all the uncertainty associated with a move. Barratt is a guaranteed cash buyer – so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden costs – and people can stay in their old property until their new home is ready.
