Those looking for a new home in the Lancashire village of Walmer Bridge, near Preston, will have more to choose from with the launch of Redrow’s latest development, The Chase.

Featuring designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection, the first homes at The Chase will be released for sale this weekend (October 20-21).

The development, off Liverpool Road, will offer a choice of three and four-bedroom properties that combine traditional Arts and Crafts inspired exteriors, with bright modern interiors designed with for ease of living.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), commented: “We’re looking forward to building on the success we’ve seen across Lancashire with the launch of The Chase. The high specification we offer as standard is hard to beat and is almost certainly unrivalled by homes on the second hand market. Judging by the number of people who have registered their interest in our homes at Walmer Bridge, they’re eagerly awaited and we would encourage anyone considering moving to a new home in the area to attend the launch weekend to find out more about the properties.”

Like all new Redrow homes, those being built at The Chase will boast a high specification as standard.

Kitchens will be well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fried freezer; while bathrooms and en-suites will feature quality fixtures and fittings, with a tile range exclusive to Redrow.

Initially the homes will be sold ‘off plan’ as Redrow works towards opening a show home at The Chase.

The friendly, experienced sales team will be on hand to guide customers through the floor plans and help them choose the right style of home for their lifestyle.

“We appreciate that for some people viewing a home is a key part of the buying process and ahead of the show homes opening at The Chase we’re encouraging people to visit our other developments across Lancashire, including Old Gate Park in Penwortham, Sandhurst Gardens in Chorley, plus Sandy Lane and the Village Green at Buckshaw Village,” Claire added.

“Alternatively, buyers can enjoy a taste of things to come thanks to video footage on our broadband television channel Redrow.TV, which enables viewers to ‘see’ inside our show homes any time of day or night from wherever they access the internet.”

Walmer Bridge is a popular residential area with a good range of local schools and facilities nearby including a supermarket and traditional country pub.

Nearby Longton offers a wider range of shops and the city of Preston and seaside town of Southport are within easy reach.
