New homes in Hampshire bring jobs boost

A Sainsbury’s store is set to open at Taylor Wimpey’s Crookham Park community of new homes for sale in Church Crookham, Hampshire – bringing a jobs boost to the local area.
Supermarket chain Sainsbury’s has become the first retailer to commit to opening a store at Taylor Wimpey’s new Crookham Park development of properties in Church Crookham, Hampshire.
A Sainsbury’s Local convenience store is scheduled to open in autumn 2013 at the development in Church Crookham, in a move which is expected to create up to 25 jobs for local people.
The store will stock a wide range of Sainsbury’s products, providing Church Crookham property-owners with a handy opportunity to top up their weekly shop. A 40-space car park will serve the convenience shop, plus any future stores which open at Crookham Park’s local shopping centre.
There is currently a wide range of new properties for sale in Church Crookham – at Queensacre by Taylor Wimpey West London and at Hightrees by Taylor Wimpey South West Thames.

One-bedroom apartments are currently available at Queensacre from as little as £168,000 and two-bedroom apartments from just £205,000, while three-bedroom properties are on sale from only £260,000 and four-bedroom houses from £360,000.
Three and four-bedroom houses are priced from just £320,000 and £460,000 respectively at Hightrees.
