Secure a Milton Keynes property with a 5% deposit

Buckinghamshire property-seekers can secure their first home with just a 5% deposit at Oxley Gate, Taylor Wimpey’s popular development of new houses for sale in Milton Keynes.

The Government-backed incentive offers aspiring homeowners the opportunity to secure selected new homes to buy in Milton Keynes at the development for just 80% of their full price, including a 5% deposit, subject to status.
