The Fairways off to a flying start

13th February 2013 Print

A new homes development in Andover from exclusive housebuilder Charles Church is off to a flying start, with 12 sales before the showhome has even opened!

Househunters are snapping up early reservations at The Fairways, Picket Twenty taking advantage of the pick of the plots and pre-showhome prices.

Sales Director Rob Allen said: “The Fairways is the stunning latest phase at Picket Twenty, a development of lovely homes in Hampshire's beautiful Test Valley area.

“As soon as the marketing suite opened we received calls and visits, with buyers keen to be the first to select their dream home.”

The Fairways offers a wide choice of house types to fit any lifestyle, whether customers are young professionals, a growing family or maybe an older couple looking to downsize. One, two, three and four bedroom traditional family homes are available, with prices starting from as little as £134,950 for the Porthcawl, a one bedroom coach house.

“Buying a house before a single brick is laid might seem odd, but for many people it is the perfect way to secure their preferred property at the best price,” said Rob. “And, if you reserve early enough you can select fixtures and fittings from the Charles Church Select Range, ensuring your new residence really is the home of your dreams.”

Kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories can be tailored to meet the individual buyer’s taste, depending on the build stage of each house.

Rob added: “Buyers who qualify for a NewBuy mortgage could be getting the keys to their new home with just a five per cent deposit, or we invite anyone with an existing property to sell to call into the marketing suite and ask about our attractive Part Exchange schemes, which help save time, money and the risks associated with buying chains.”

Also available at The Fairways is the government’s FirstBuy scheme, which was designed to help first time buyers into home ownership in a way they can afford through an equity loan.
