Interest from would-be buyers is high in the recent release of stylish properties at Taylor Wimpey’s Queensacre at Crookham Park development of new homes in Church Crookham.

Hampshire property-seekers are being urged to hurry if they want to move into a stunning new home this year at Taylor Wimpey’s Queensacre at Crookham Park development of properties in Church Crookham.

In response to considerable demand from would-be buyers, the leading housebuilder recently released its entire 2013 collection of new homes for sale in Church Crookham at the development. That means customers who act quickly to reserve a brand new one, two, three or four-bedroom home before the end of March can ensure they will make their move this year.

What’s more, first-time buyers have the chance to secure selected new apartments in Church Crookham at Queensacre under the FirstBuy scheme for 80% of their full price, including a 5% deposit as low as £8,400, subject to status.

Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Hampshire, says: “Our new range of properties offers a wealth of choice for purchasers in a variety of circumstances – including first-time buyers who can secure their ideal property in Church Crookham for less under FirstBuy.

“This Government-backed incentive is set to make 2013 a great year for those hoping to step on the property ladder at Queensacre – but they will have to act soon because only a limited number of apartments are available through the scheme.”

Under FirstBuy, Taylor Wimpey and the Homes and Communities Agency boost the purchaser’s deposit with a 20% joint loan, which is repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold. To be eligible, customers must be first-time buyers with a household income below £60,000.

The one-bedroom Plot 24 ‘Balmoral’ apartment is one of the new homes available under FirstBuy at Queensacre for 80% of its £168,000 full price – that’s just £134,400, including a 5% deposit of only £8,400, subject to status.

Alternatively, two-bedroom apartments are on sale at Queensacre from as little as £205,000 – including selected plots available with FirstBuy – while three-bedroom properties are priced from just £260,000 and four-bedroom houses from £360,000.

All new homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Crookham Park enjoys a convenient and peaceful location in Church Crookham, and a wealth of community amenities are being created at the development alongside the new homes.

Surrounded by woodland and open countryside, the new homes are also within easy reach of Church Crookham’s range of amenities for everyday needs, including shops, pubs and a well-regarded infant and junior school.
Fleet railway station provides regular services to London Waterloo in under an hour, while the M3 is just four miles from home, putting the M25, Southampton and Portsmouth all within easy reach.

To find out more about the new homes available to secure in 2013 at Queensacre, would-be buyers should visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Sandy Lane, Church Crookham, GU52 8LH, and open daily between 10.30am and 5.30pm. Alternatively, log on to taylorwimpey.co.uk/westlondon.
