Prestigious waterside development now on sale

Luxurious new homes are now on sale at the long-awaited new development in Lymington.

Some five years after the former chicken factory site was acquired by Redrow Homes, work is underway to create an £80 million landmark development of 168 homes.

More than a thousand people have registered their interest in the properties at Lymington Shores. They’ve been invited to a series of events where they’ve been able to view a scale model of the development to enable them to picture how the area will look when building work is complete.

Lymington Shores will offer purchasers a choice of apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, two-bedroom duplexes plus four and five-bedroom detached villas.

Initial prices range from £350,000 to £1.9 million with each property boasting a premium quality specification befitting of the location.

Along with the luxurious new homes, there will also be a jetty with pontoons and riverside walkways, plus a new footbridge over the railway to connect home owners to the nearby town centre and five retail units.

The first homes are being sold ‘off plan’ by Lucy Ludlow, a Redrow sales consultant based at John D Woods Estate Agents in Lymington.
