Property-seekers can discover more about the stunning range of homes available at Taylor Wimpey’s Grenfell Park development in Taplow – by visiting the brand new Sales Information Centre, which opens on Saturday 20th April.

During the launch event, visitors to this exclusive new homes development can browse detailed plans for the full selection of impressive three, four and five-bedroom properties – and take their pick from the first available plots.

Would-be movers can also discuss their individual requirements with the Sales Executive and find out more about the host of attractive homebuyer incentives on offer, including the new Government Help to Buy shared equity scheme – which will enable first-time buyers and existing homeowners to purchase their new home at Grenfell Park for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to announce the opening of our brand new Sales Information Centre at Grenfell Park on Saturday 20th April.

“With a superb selection of properties available at great-value prices and fantastic incentives to suit customers in a variety of circumstances, there’s something to discover here for a whole range of buyers. I would recommend that anyone interested in finding out more should pay us a visit during the launch weekend.”

The Help to Buy shared equity scheme involves a Government loan of 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for purchasers using the scheme and because the customer only requires a 75% loan-to-value mortgage for their new property, they can access a much more competitive range of deals from lenders.

The NewBuy initiative, meanwhile, gives credit-worthy purchasers in a variety of circumstances the chance to access their ideal home with a 95% mortgage.

The new homes at Grenfell Park will enjoy a prime setting on the edge of the greenbelt, offering a laid-back lifestyle within easy reach of central London.

Taplow village boasts a charming location on the banks of the River Thames, and features a primary school, a church, a pub and a community centre, plus a railway station to the south of the village. Burnham High Street, meanwhile, is just a mile away, with delightful historic buildings as well as a selection of independent stores and businesses, plus a weekly market.

Shops, a supermarket, a medical centre, plus a good choice of primary and secondary schools are all within easy reach of the new homes, while Slough town centre is about three miles away, offering a wide selection of high street and independent shops, the Queensmere Observatory shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cinemas, sports facilities and entertainment venues.

For commuters, junction 7 of the M4 is close by, while Burnham railway station is just over a mile away for regular services to London Paddington in a little over half an hour. Regular bus services stop in Bath Road linking to Maidenhead, Slough, Langley and Heathrow Airport.

Property-seekers are invited to come along to the new Sales Information Centre at Grenfell Park on Saturday 20th April from 10.30am to 5.30pm. The development is located off Huntercombe Lane South, Taplow, SL6 0PH, and will be open daily between the same hours thereafter. Alternatively, log on to taylorwimpey.co.uk/westlondon.
