Prospective buyers should move fast to reserve a new home at Bloor’s Arncott Fields development in Upper Arncott, North Oxfordshire. Five properties have sold already at this select development of just 48 three and four bedroom homes and, with the recent opening of the marketing suite, sales are set to increase.

Vanessa Macnee, Sales Director of Bloor Homes comments: “Located in a well-connected Oxfordshire village, Arncott Fields has already drawn a lot of interest from prospective purchasers, with five homes sold before the marketing suite opened. Buyers will be able to get a much better idea of the living accommodation when the Shenstone show home opens on 1st June.”

These spacious family homes come in a range of designs and are finished to the high specification for which Bloor Homes is renowned. Priced from £349,950, the Shenstone housetype is a four bedroom detached house with thoughtfully laid out accommodation.

The ground floor comprises a lounge with French doors to the garden, a kitchen/dining room, study, utility and cloakroom. Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from both en-suite facilities and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two also has an en-suite and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Lying four miles south of Bicester and 11 miles north of Oxford, the village consists of two neighbourhoods, Lower and Upper Arncott which are separated by the Bicester Military Railway. It is a peaceful village and the ideal place to bring up a family, with local schools to be found in the neighbouring villages of Launton, Charlton-on-Otmoor, Brill and Ambrosden.

Nearby is the historic market town of Bicester, with its 12th Century Augustinian Priory and the Parish Church of St Edburgs. The historic market square is actually a triangle surrounded by 16th century buildings.

Other local attractions include a shopper’s paradise at Bicester Village and Garth Park which hosts a programme of outdoor events throughout the summer.

Arncott is conveniently located for access to the M40 with its road links to Birmingham and London while regular train services run from Bicester to London Marylebone in just under an hour.

Currently available at Arncott Fields are three differently designed three and four bedroom homes with prices ranging from £230,000 to £360,000. For further sales information, visit bloorhomes.com.
