Developer says you are better off buying than renting with Help to Buy
First time home buyers in St Helens would be financially better off buying a property rather than renting, says leading home builder Taylor Wimpey.
According to Taylor Wimpey, rent for a two bedroom home in the town would cost upwards of £525 per calendar month.
