Wellington Park team scored 100% in customer satisfaction

Taylor Wimpey’s popular development Wellington Park has seen a perfect score of 100% in its customer satisfaction rate.

Every survey completed this year, by those who have moved to the development in Waterlooville, awarded the company top marks in their National House Building Council (NHBC) survey.

In total there are five areas of the housebuilder’s performance that purchasers are asked to review by the NHBC. These cover the service received before the exchange of contracts, the move in condition of the property, the finish of their new home, the overall quality and if they would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend.

Fiona Creed, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, says: “This is an outstanding achievement for this wonderful development. In all five areas we scored the highest possible mark by all our customers this year. This is a testament to our team here who are dedicated to residents throughout the buying process, ensuring buyers are happy before and after they move in.

“The satisfaction rate also reflects the outstanding quality of our new homes and by scoring these properties 100% our purchasers clearly appreciate their excellent condition. Wellington Park is a development that epitomises everything we pride ourselves on; good location, high quality homes and fantastic customer service so it is reassuring to know that those who now live here couldn’t be happier.”

This beautiful development is ideal for growing families. Currently available at Wellington Park is a range of three and four bedroom homes. Prices start from £215,000 for the three bedroom Clanfield house type and £245,000 for the fabulous four bedroom Horndean house type. In addition, the next phase will also offer the popular Catherington house type, a two bedroom coach house priced from £185,000. All properties at Wellington Park are available through the government backed Help to Buy scheme. Through the initiative purchasers need only put down a 5% deposit having a Government loan of 20% and a mortgage of 75%.

Waterlooville is located just seven miles from Portsmouth with its many attractions and is easily accessible via good transport links for those who commute. Waterlooville itself has a collection of local amenities close by including high street shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The Hampshire countryside is also on your doorstop for weekend strolls or family bike rides.
