If DIY is driving you to distraction and you’re gearing up to move home then a visit to the Redrow stall at the Fleetwood Festival of Transport could be just the ticket.

The annual ‘Tram Sunday’ event takes place on July 21 and, along with a range of vehicles including steam trucks, fire engines, vintage cars and bicycles, there will be the chance to find out about the homes available at Harbour Village.

The traditional look of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection properties with their Arts & Crafts design influence may make people think they have been transported back in time. Inside, however, they’re bright and modern with a high specification as standard and all the family friendly features that today’s purchasers demand.

And just like newer vehicles over vintage models, brand new Redrow homes are easier to manage and more efficient to run than their older, second hand counterparts.

The Harbour Village development is only a short journey from Fleetwood town centre where Tram Sunday activities are being held. To encourage visitors to motor on down to view the homes, Redrow is holding a free prize draw with the chance to win £100 worth of Debenhams vouchers.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), says: “Tram Sunday is a great day out and fun for all the family. We’re looking forward to taking part in the event as it’s a real opportunity to engage with the local community.”

Located off Amounderness Way, Harbour Village offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes from the sought-after New Heritage Collection. Prices start from £137,995 or an initial outlay of £110,396 with Help to Buy.

This Government-backed scheme makes homeownership easier to afford with the help of an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price. As a result those who are revving up to buy a home could find that savings of around £7,000 are enough for a deposit with Help to Buy.

“A visit to the Redrow stall at Tram Sunday could put the wheels in motion that start buyers on their journey to owning a brand new home,” Claire adds.

“Our friendly, experienced sales team will guide them through the buying process and the different help available, making it as simple and straight forward as possible.”

To find out more about the homes available at Harbour Village, visit the Redrow stall at Tram Sunday (July 21) or the development, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
