Mondial’s 17 year Mitsubishi partnership continues

Mondial Assistance in the UK has renewed its contract with Mitsubishi Motors for another three years, as it continues to be the motor manufacturer’s preferred roadside assistance provider. Under the agreement, Mondial Assistance will continue to provide Mitsubishi Motors with 3 year UK and Pan European roadside assistance cover for all new cars and as an integral part of its warranty scheme.

Strengthening the partnership further still, the contract now includes the addition of a 12 month roadside assistance product. With a focus on customer loyalty and retention, the new 12 month assistance offering can be given by the Mitsubishi Authorised Dealer Network to loyal customers’ of franchised and non franchised vehicles who are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Mondial Assistance has been working with Mitsubishi since 1992 and this contract renewal further confirms the value of the long-term partnership. The roadside assistance service includes pan-European inclusion (pre-charged to the customer). In addition, the Mitsubishi Assistance Package Upgrade will be available via the Mitsubishi Motors authorised dealer network.
